Campaign Participation & Content Requirements
Creators must submit all required review content and feedback in accordance with the timeline and requirements stated on the campaign page.
All submitted content and reviews must remain publicly accessible for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of publication. If content is deleted, hidden, or restricted before this period, ReviewClub or the advertiser may request reimbursement of the equivalent value of the provided product, service, or reward.
Creators must comply with all campaign-specific content guidelines, including required hashtags, tags, mentions, formats, and other mandatory elements. If content contains errors, inappropriate expressions, or does not meet guidelines, reasonable revisions or re-uploads may be requested. Failure to comply may result in restriction or cancellation of campaign rewards.
Content Usage, Rewards & Campaign Changes
By participating in a campaign, creators agree that submitted content may be used by ReviewClub and participating advertisers for marketing and promotional purposes, including use on websites, social media channels, advertisements, sales pages, and other promotional materials.
Campaign rewards (cash, products, or services) will be issued only after all required content has been submitted and reviewed. If submission requirements or guidelines are not met, rewards may be delayed, reduced, or cancelled.
ReviewClub or the advertiser reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a campaign due to unavoidable circumstances. Where possible, such changes will be communicated in advance.
Platform Role, Restrictions & Acceptance
Any product, service, or reward provided through a campaign may not be transferred, resold, exchanged, or assigned to any third party.
ReviewClub operates as a campaign facilitation platform connecting brands/businesses and creators and is not directly responsible for disputes, content outcomes, or the quality of products or services provided by advertisers.
ReviewClub reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts in cases of policy or campaign rule violations.
By participating in any campaign on ReviewClub, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
